Things you need to know before you go...

It's hard to believe, but the Purple & Gold Gala is Saturday! And we are so excited to celebrate with you. Here's a few housekeeping items to help you have a great time!

The first thing you'll want to do, if you haven't done so yet, is to register on Hi-Bid for the silent auction. If you register before the event you can bid online today and speed through check-in at the event.

• Directions:
  • Go to Hi-Bid Auctions
  • Go to the top tool bar and select login/new bidder. 
    
  • If you registered last year, log in and sign up for this year's auction.
  • If you are new, select create new account.
    • Enter credit card information even if you are planning to pay by check or cash. When you arrive at the Gala, please tell Mattie and Kendra at check-in that you wish to pay at the end of the night. Then go to check-out when the Gala ends to pay for your items. 

The second thing is to remember that parking is free! There are two Parking Garages to choose from:

1. The Marriott Parking Garage (for us old-timers, the old Watt & Shand parking garage adjacent to the Marriot on the East side of the building, off of E. King St.). 
2. The King Street Garage one block up on East King Street. It will be on your right hand side. 
   
   

Don't forget to pick up your parking vouchers!
Student volunteers will be handing out free parking vouchers at the end of the Gala. You can find them as you head towards the elevators.
